Personalized Coaching

  1. Respect Client Confidentiality:

    All information related to the clients, their guests and the wedding event is strictly confidential. No details, conversations or observations may be shared with third parties.

  2. Professional Conduct:

    Maintain a professional demeanor at all times when interacting with clients and staff members.

  3. Timeliness:

    Arrive punctually for all segments of the day and to the debrief the day after. Promptness is essential to ensure a smooth and productive experience for everyone involved.

  4. Learning Attitude:

    Come prepared to learn and ask questions but respect that we are not available for questions during most parts of the event so save some for the day after when we have time set just for you. You can ask for feedback but be receptive to constructive criticism.

  5. Adherence to Instructions:

    Follow instructions provided by us and staff at the event. Clear communication and cooperation are vital for a successful learning experience.

  6. Professional Boundaries:

    Maintain appropriate and respectful boundaries with clients, guests and staff. The comfort and experience of the couple and their guests always take priority.

  7. Commitment to Growth:

    Embrace challenges and opportunities for growth with enthusiasm and determination. Your dedication to improvement is key to achieving success in your photography journey.

  8. Transportation Responsibility:

    Participants are responsible for their own transportation to the event venue. However, once at the event, arrangements will be made to ensure participants are directed to their designated areas as needed.

  9. Non-Solicitation and Self-Promotion

    Participants may not engage in any form of self-promotion, advertising or solicitation during the event. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing business cards, promoting personal services, discussing pricing or seeking future work from guests, vendors or businesses present at the event. The wedding is a private event and all professional interactions and representations are to be conducted solely by Clarity Sweden unless explicitly agreed otherwise in advance. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

  10. Social Media Sharing Protocol:

    Photographs taken during the event cannot be shared on any social media platforms until Clarity Sweden has delivered their photos to the client. Before sharing any images, seek permission from the client or other people at the event to ensure they are comfortable with your picture of them being on internet.

  11. Cancellation Policy:

    In the event of cancellation of the wedding event all payments made for the private coaching session will be promptly refunded to the participant. If a participant needs to cancel their attendance, Clarity Sweden will refund 75% of the total amount paid for the coaching session. This refund will be provided promptly upon cancellation. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

  12. Date Change Policy:

    Participants have the option to change the date of their coaching session to another available date if Clarity Sweden has no other participants scheduled for that date. There will be no additional fees for date changes, provided that the new date is available and mutually agreed upon.

  13. Food Arrangements:

    Clarity Sweden cannot guarantee the provision of food during the event. Participants are responsible for making their own arrangements for meals and refreshments throughout the duration of the wedding event. Please ensure that you come prepared with any necessary food and beverages to sustain you during the event.

  14. Accommodation Responsibility:

    Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation.
